Please note: Custom orders are non-returnable. For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Items with signs of use, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Wrong or damaged item
- Incorrect item received
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility if the item meets these conditions.
Kaiser leather
- Easy to clean with a soft, damp cloth.
- For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution with a few drops of ammonia.
- Air dry only.
- Avoid wet wipes, stiff brushes, and abrasive materials.
Crazy Horse leather
- Do not wash.
- Clean with a non-alcohol-based cleaner.
- Remove dust with a dry cloth.
- Condition with a special wax to preserve its quality.
Crust leather
- Do not wash, otherwise the product will lose strength.
- Clean with specialized leather cleaners.
- Regularly clean with a clean dry cloth or sponge.
